Registration will be done by filling in the Registration form and sending it to cppa2017@infim.ro. In a few days after we receive your registration form, a corresponding invoice will be sent to you.

The registration fee includes conference participation, conference program and Book of Abstracts, the Welcome recepection, excursion and Conference Dinner.

The registration fee can also be paid at the Registration Desk.

Please mention on the payment orders the full name(s) of the registered participant(s). All the banking cost must be paid by the participants. Any bank charges to conference organizers accounts will be asked for reimbursement at the conference venue. A copy of the bank transfer should be sent by email to cppa2017@infim.ro before May 29^th 2017 (early registration) or after that date (late registration).
Upon payment, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by electronic e-mail.

Cancellation and refund
Participants who have paid the registration fee but can not attend the conference will be charged with a cancellation fee of 30 € (135 RON) if they inform the Conference Secretariat before 10^th of June; no refund is possible after that date. Nevertheless, the registered persons encountering such a situation will receive all the conference documents.
